Aja'z Essentialz - Massage and Bodywork is a holistic wellness sanctuary offering licensed massage therapy, nervous system focused bodywork, grounded awakening sessions, and handcrafted apothecary remedies designed to restore balance, and calm the body. Here, healing happens both on and off the table. Through intentional touch, trauma-aware care, and plant-based wellness tools, it can help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and build sustainable self-care rituals that continue long after your session ends. Massage can holistically benefit for caregivers, veterans, senior communities, work burn out, and more.
Embodied Healing Through Touch and Ritual Self-Care
All bodywork and massage services are performed by a licensed massage therapist and are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, muscle recovery, and overall wellness.
Sessions may incorporate therapeutic massage techniques, grounding practices, breath awareness, and integrative relaxation methods designed to calm the nervous system and support emotional and physical balance.
Services are non-medical and non-diagnostic and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed healthcare providers as needed.
